Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 6, 2026
PizzaNow ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at pizzanow.zip. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
- Location and address. If you share device location, we use its coordinates to look up an address. We send the confirmed delivery address to Domino's and save it with approximate coordinates after an order so the same browser or account can suggest it later.
- Contact and order details. We process your name, email, phone number, delivery address, note, items, price, and order status to place and track an order. Order history, streaks, and badges are stored in our database.
- Optional Google account. If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides a stable account ID, email address, display name, and profile image. We use these to connect your PizzaNow history across devices. We never receive your Google password.
- Payment. Card details are collected directly by Stripe. PizzaNow receives a short-lived payment token and payment result, not your full card number.
How we use your information
We use your information solely to:
- Find a Domino's store that delivers to your address
- Place and track delivery orders on your behalf
- Show you pricing and estimated delivery times
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the app and fulfill your order.
Third-party services
Cookies
We use one secure, HTTP-only cookie (pizza_session) to recognize this browser or keep you signed in. Anonymous sessions last up to one year; Google account sessions last up to 90 days. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
Data retention
Order history and account data remain stored so saved addresses, streaks, and badges continue to work. The short-lived phone-to-order tracking record expires after 24 hours. Contact us to request deletion of account-linked data.
Your choices
- Google sign-in is optional; ordering also works with an anonymous browser session.
- You can sign out in the app or clear browser cookies. Clearing an anonymous cookie makes its history inaccessible from that browser but does not itself delete stored records.
- You can manage PizzaNow's Google access from your Google Account connections page.
- You can decline location access when your browser asks — you'll need to enter an address manually instead.
Children's privacy
PizzaNow is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
